Fixed rounding of "served" column in office-bearer report

We made a small fix to the "Office-bearer terms" report this morning. Previously the "served" column wasn't rounding correctly, sometimes making it look like people served for almost a month less than they actually did. This has been corrected and the values in this column make a little more sense now.
